LEAP Training & Consulting Services LLC was founded by Dr. Fabiola Desmont in 2018 in New York, following years of humanitarian and social justice work, including work with communities in Haiti and efforts addressing human trafficking and other systemic challenges. LEAP was subsequently registered in Pennsylvania in 2021.
